  • We aim to display all jewellery items as accurately as possible. However, colors, sizes, or textures may vary slightly due to handcrafted variations.

  • All product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Orders & Payment

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to UK only currently.

  • Estimated delivery times: 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • If you are unhappy with your goods, you may return the items within 10days of delivery, except for Earrings (for hygiene reasons). Please email us to request a return, and  we will provide you with the return address.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

7. Warranty & Repairs

  • Jewellery comes with a 30-daywarranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidents is not covered.
